The Quality Assurance team is essential for our company's success.
The Inspector's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners.
Overview of job
Responsibilities:
Inspecting rentals for cleaning and maintenance issues Property preparation Property inventory and staging Delivering needed items to guests The ideal candidate will:
Have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) and a cell phone.
Be honest, ethical, and dependable.
Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Showcase outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Be energetic and guest focused.

30am-5pm, 40 Hours per week, days based on business needs.
Weekend availability is required .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
