We are currently looking to hire Full Time Quality Assurance Inspector-Stagers.
This position requires working weekends on rotation.
Your primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties before and after departure cleans to assure that our cleaning standards are met by Housekeeping staff.
The ideal candidate would be courteous, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed.
The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail.
Checking and double-checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job must be patient and conscientious.
The established procedures and processes must be followed very closely; there is little room or necessity to modify them.
Much of the work can be accomplished by working at a steady, even pace.
There is much consistency and familiarity from one day to the next.
The work is helpful in nature; providing support and/or service to others in an environment free from competition.
Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly.

Outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly, self- starting personality Team player, have an energetic personality, professional appearance Excellent written, verbal and computer skills Good computer skills, research ability Strong customer service skills or experience Stable work history Positive and upbeat attitude at all times Will be required to work weekends & holidays during busy season Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation Must take job assessment 5-6 minutes Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Inspecting our rental properties before and after departure cleans to assure that our cleaning standards are met by our housekeeping staff Record & report issues with cleaning and maintenance Light cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming and wiping of property surfaces General touch up and minor cleaning to assure property is ready for guests Take Photos & Complete Inspection checklist on Beach Getaways app Responsible for own transportation to properties in Orange Beach Deliver & replace inventory items in properties as needed Must be flexible in response to the needs of Guests and Owners Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail Flexible to perform other related duties when assigned Professional customer service nature Desire to be part of high growth, fast paced business Flexibility in work schedule includes working weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
