Responsibilities:
Manage Scheduling, manpower, equipment, & resources.
Implement safety and security.
Oversight of the creation and monitoring of project schedules and production of progress updates.
Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, Time Sheet Management, Subcontractor/Vendor Billings, Monthly Reports and so on.
Qualifications:
5
years' experience managing Commercial / light industrial projects.
Knowledge of construction methods and building systems.
Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project from start to finish.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
