Job Description:
Our Company is seeking a Professional Restaurant AGM to assist the General Manager in creating a strong, consistent team environment while maintaining the day to day operational standards of the restaurant.
The AGM must be able to evaluate performance and make decisive choices about promotions and terminations.
Continual training and mentoring with an upbeat and positive attitude will be an important aspect of the AGM position.
The position will also require the right person to be able to communicate with vendors and be able to complete administrative duties including maintaining financials, inventory and staffing reports.

Qualifications:
Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant AGM.
A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the AGM must posses.
The AGM must be proficient in achieving solid financial results.
The AGM must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
The AGM may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays.
Experience in both the FOH and BOH is a requirement for this AGM.
