This position involves the delivery, assembly, maintenance, and repair of beach equipment, vehicles, and general maintenance tasks around the building.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of our beach facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact with employees or tenants professionally.
- Leadership skills to guide a team of maintenance technicians if required.
